This Privacy Policy explains who we are, for what purposes we can process your personal data, how we treat it, to whom we can disclose it, such as customers and/or other Homing Group Companies, where they can be transferred or where they can access them and what their rights are.

Homing Place, Ltd. (hereinafter “Homing Group”), will process your personal data in accordance with the purposes described below.

Legitimacy for the processing of your data

Your personal data will be processed only for the following purposes:

Reservation Management:

It includes the processing of data necessary for scheduling reservations, sending information (such as quotes or others), travel by technicians and partners to the addresses where services are performed, refunds or invoices.

Marketing:

It includes the processing of personal contact data to provide customers with relevant information about current promotions (newsletter).

Compliance with legal obligations:

It includes the processing of personal data strictly necessary for the fulfillment of its legal obligations and the defense of Homing’s legitimate interests.

Fulfillment of contractual obligations:

It includes activities such as entering into and fulfilling contracts with customers and partners and responding to requests from customers and partners.

Development and improvement of services:

It includes activities necessary for the development and improvement of the services provided by Homing, activity analysis and processing for statistical purposes.

Your data will only be used if one of the following situations is verified:

1] You have given your consent by completing an online form;

2] The data are necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which Homing is subject, such as the disclosure of data to the Tax Administration, Social Security or Foreigners and Borders Service, among other entities;

3] The data are necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Homing, provided they do not prevail over the interests or rights, freedoms and guarantees of the data subject.

Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those described in this policy, without being previously informed or, if applicable, obtaining your consent.

How will my information be used?

Your data will be processed by Homing applying appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a high level of security, under the terms of the RGPD.

Homing defines and analyzes behavior profiles in order to provide a better hosting and hosting service.

How long will they keep my information?

Your personal data will be kept for the minimum period necessary and proportionate to the pursuit of the purposes described above.

Additionally, Homing is obliged to legally retain certain personal data, namely with regard to tax and accounting obligations (10 years).

Will my information be shared with others?

  • to Public Authorities. Under the terms of applicable law, Homing is obliged to disclose data to the Tax Administration, Social Security, Foreigners and Borders Services, and/or other public entities.

What are my rights?

At any time, you can ask us to:

  • Access to the data we hold about you;
  • The rectification of the information if it is factually wrong;
